The GENI Foundation initiative involves building awareness and powerful support, in the shortest possible time, for the integration of electrical energy grids around the world into a single interconnected grid that spans the globe*, generating and distributing power from the Earth's naturally abundant renewable resources - an initiative that will improve the quality of life for everyone without damage to the planet.

Walter Cronkite uses the analogy of "a world wide web of electricity using green energy resources.

We are passionate about the GENI Foundation initiative because it has shown us how electricity across time zones underpins every foundational need in any society. From lighting, heating, sanitation, refrigeration, irrigation, industry, transport and "climate-change". It shows us that if we can get electricity to where it is needed most, we automatically solve the major problems being experienced by all of us on planet Earth. - Ruanna Segal (Trustee).

The GENI Foundation was created 6 March 1990 and we became a Trust on 27 November 1997.

Our aim is to provide truthful, accurate, independent information and articles to the general public.

We are a non-profit and volunteer organisation conducting research and education focused on compelling and technologically feasible global energy strategy that addresses the fundamental issues of quality of life.

We focus on electricity and its sources. Electricity is the essential infrastructure that enables our modern quality of life. Renewable energy sources offer a transition from polluting fossil fuels to a clean environment and sustainable energy.

This is an organisation that is totally supported by volunteers, sponsorship via annual memberships or through our fundraising efforts. We are totally funded by the community for the community. We invite you to become a sponsor today, please go to:

The Global Energy Network Institute (GENI) focuses on the interconnection of electric power networks between communities, nations and continents, with an emphasis on tapping abundant renewable energy resources.

This strategy is the highest priority of the World Game simulation developed by Buckminster Fuller. Linking renewable energy between all nations mollifies conflicts, grows economies, and increases the quality of life and health for all.

For as little as $3 per month, you can support us by providing clean energy to people of all nations. Please pledge today, here is the link:
